  Vivian worked for 19 years in the hotel and restaraunt business where she specialized in service and management. When she relocated to Mendocino, she and her husband Matthew started building their dream horse ranch and raising horses. They also bought and sold property for a living. After several years buying and selling ranch properties and other rural lands, Vivian became a Realtor, which was a natural choice for her. Dedication to service to her clients is what makes her stand out from the rest.

  Vivian enjoys show jumping and dressage. She is active in the local schools, coaches children's soccer, belongs to a local church, and is active in other social activities. She belongs to the local Multiple Listing Service, as well as the Ukiah and Bay Area Multiple listing services to better serve her clients. Vivan has listings located all over northern California.

  Vivian has overcome severe childhood injury, and family tragedy to emerge with a philosophy of kindness and service. She has proven to herself that everything you give in life comes back to you in the form of good fortune, luck, and love.
